What should I do if...

The software is working fine but I can't send the test email

There are 2 ways to send email through inwise Desktop:
1. Direct sending (Default)
2. SMTP

If you have any difficults sending the test email, your ISP (Internet service provider) has probably blocked this option for you (Anti spam policy reasons).
In this case - there is not a lot you can do. The solution for you is to use inwise service - a solution that will let you use inwise technology without installing any software.
With this solution - you will not have any dependency of your ISP.

The software is sending the email very very slow

The speed of the email sending depends on your upload bandwidth.
