Can I customize the templates with my own "look and feel"?

Yes. inwise provides the platform with an easy to use editor which allows you to customize your emails, add pictures and logos to your own satisfaction.

Can I use my own templates?

Yes. You can copy and paste any HTML code and create a new email message by choosing "create new message from HTML".

Is it possible to send personalized messages?


Yes. inwise Desktop Standard and Pro have "field settings" option under the "settings" button.
In the Pro edition you may customize your own field settings and in the Standard edition they are not customizable. When uploading your list from excel, make sure your titles match the field setting titles.
When adding recipients manually, add their details in the correct field settings. Once you synchronized between your field settings and recipients, you can start using the personalization feature.
When creating a new mail, wherever you want to add a field setting press "right click" and choose which fields setting you want, i.e #field 1# may stand for first name.

Can I be sure that my recipients won't receive mails twice?

Yes. When a new email address is added to your mailing lists, the software automatically checks for duplication of the address. If the software recognizes a duplication of an email address, it does not add the new record to the list. It works the same way with the process of importing lists.

Do I need technical experience to use this software?

No. The product is designed with a simple user interface, requiring only basic knowledge in sending emails.

Do I need to know HTML?

No. inwise Desktop includes a simple editor that lets you edit messages, change fonts and colors, add images and links and more.
Is there any kind of feedback after I send messages?
Yes. Every sent email has a tracking report that shows you the click through rate, opens rate and bounces rate.

Can I use my already made recipient lists?

Yes. You can import Excel (CSV) files into inwise Desktop and within minutes your already made lists are ready for use.

Why there is an annually payment?

You are paying both on software and a feedback service.
At inwise you won't pay twice - the software and the service - but just one annually payment.

How do I make sure the email I send does not have flaws?

inwise Desktop requires that every mail must be sent to a test group to verify that the email looks and arrives the way you want it to. Add manually a few emails to the test group, including your own mail, that way when you send to a test group, you will be able to see the results in your own mailbox.
